| Description | This deliverable presents the updated exploitation strategy and plan for the DiCiM project and consolidates the consortium's final portfolio of Key Exploitable Results (KERs). It reflects an iterative process through which the initial KER assumptions outlined in the Grant Agreement were progressively refined via partner workshops, follow-up interviews, and continuous alignment with the project's technical developments. A key outcome of this process is a more differentiated exploitation framework than originally anticipated. Rather than assuming predominantly commercial exploitation routes, the report distinguishes between commercial, internal, and academic exploitation pathways and applies a tailored analytical approach to each category. |
