| Description | The methodology introduces a comprehensive tool for assessing energy vulnerability across municipalities in the Czech Republic. Using a composite index, it combines socio-economic and material-technical factors that influence households’ risk of falling into energy poverty. The methodology enables the identification of spatial disparities in energy vulnerability, comparison between municipalities, and the use of a typology to capture different combinations of factors leading to vulnerability. Its results provide an evidence base for better targeting of social, energy, and regional policies and for supporting a just energy transition. |
