Description In chronopotentiometric stripping analysis rabbit liver metallothionein gives the distinct signal on mercury electrode at very negative potentials (-1.7 V). This signal is connected with the catalytic process of hydrogen and due to this fact it was named "peak H". In combination with the adsorptive stripping technique it is possible to gain many interesting information about this electrode catalytic process.
