| Description | Even if the development of analysis of the organizational of the public programme is obvious, up to this time does not exist much classified and homogenous information about this subject of research. Futhermore in conditions of the Czech republic exist relatively little attempts to describe, systematically and empirically, the principles of the organizational behaviour in the implementational scope of the public and social programmes and to catch the trends of their formation in the public policy. That is why the presupposed study sets an aim (1) to sort the existing theoretical informations about the methods of organizing the public programmes and (2) to give theoretical reasons for the methodical approaches to their empiric analysis. |
