| Description | The exhibit is divided into three parts which approximately correspond chronologically to the Prehistoric Period, the Middle Ages and the New Ages. The exhibits in each of these parts are divided yet again into two individual sections. The first section always deals with the emergence of diseases in the given historic period, while the second section describes the means of curing them based on the corresponding human understanding of the time. The exhibit also includes slides on man s birth and death dating up to the 18th century. The exhibit is complemented by panels with the names of prominent people who most significantly influenced the history of Czech and world medicine. |
