Description The article deals with two tendencies of the actual development of the Czech Civil Procedure Law. 1. The changes induced by the Czech law transformation after 1989, which should be completed in the realm of the Czech civil law by means of recodification of the Czech civil law, the Czech civil Procedure Law, the Czech family law, the Czech business law and the Czech labour law and corresponding needs of the legislative changes of the Czech Civil Procedure Law. 2. Impulses aiming to the changes of the Czech Civil Proceeding coming from the European Law. The authors solve the common need and the character of the changes of the Czech Civil Proceeding in the intention of reapproachment of the Civil Proceeding of the member states of EU and the need of the unification of the Civil Proceeding in the EU, in the first part of the article. In the second part, they deal with the proceeding regarding Small Claims Litigation and Payment Procedure and their use in the Czech Law.
