| Description | Paper is reporting on the image of older worker as represented in statistical and survey data from Czech rep and created by the structural features of labour market. In the second part we are concentrating on active ageing policy as a tool for sustainable ageing societies. Based on expert consultation we are reporting on perceived barriers for older workers to remain actively involved on the labour market and barriers for successful implementation of active ageing policies. |
