| Description | The indications of surgical treatment of spine myeloma are described. We evaluated the group of 98 operated patients. We found the improvement of neural deficit in 37 patients, in 4 patients we found worsening, the others remained unchanged. We used anterior surgery in 26, posterior in 38 and combined in 37 patients. |
