Description 1, Severe head injuries definitely change cellular as well as humoral part of immune system. Extracranial complications caused by immunity disorders worsen the prognosis. 2, Comparing immune system disorders with various site of brain damage a relevant difference has been disclosed, T– Lymphocytes (CD3+, CD4+) have been lower by the left located damages and their gradual normalization was slower. 3, Various localization of primary as well as secondary brain damage affects immune system in the patients after severe brain injury. The deeper decrease in left located injury group is succeeded by higher occurrence of extra cranial complications and finally it has led to a higher mortality in this group
