Description The article deals with the detailed analysis of the case law of the European Court of Justice which concerns the concepts included in the Article 5(3) of the Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 on Jurisdiction and Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements in Civil and Commercial Matters. This Article regulates the jurisdiction in matters concerning delicts. The jurisdiction is vested in courts of a state in which the damage occured or could occur.
