Description The work presents some of the results gained by studying the lifestyle of women attending an aerobics course. In total, 16 women aged 28 to 45 were questioned. The results showed, that most women (93,75% questioned) have BMI in normal value level, only one woman was overweight. 50% of women is dissatisfied with their bodily weight and are trying to change it, 37,5% of women is satisfied with their bodily weight, 12,5% of women are dissatisfied with their weight though to change it they have not done anything yet. Also a half of women classify their eating habits as accurate, 25% of women prefers healthy way of eating, and 25% of women responded, that their eating habits are bad. Nearly all the women (93,75%) answered, that they are not on a weight reducing diet. They keep their bodily weight exercising.
