Description Body height and body weight were determined in the questionnaire, and BMI was calculated from these two values. The frequency of regular weekly sports, the frequency of food consumption during the day, and the time of consuming the last meal before sleep were evaluated. Smoking and sleeping patterns were also investigated. It was found that the majority of women (93.75% of respondents) have a body mass index at the level of normal weight values. All the interviewed women do sports at least several times a month, half of them 3-4 times a week. They also state that they regularly eat several times a day, but they do not have a fixed hour of eating their last meal. More than 80% of women do not smoke, 18.75% of women smoke and some of them only occasionally. Most (87.5%) of the interviewed women spend at least 6 hours a day sleeping. The results show that the majority of interviewed women who regularly attend an aerobics course care about a healthy lifestyle and try to follow it.
