| Description | Masaryk University has been using its own integral study evidence and management system for nine years. It is a strictly web-based on-line information system with direct access of 40,000 active users and immediate data change propagation. The goal of this presentation is to introduce main architecture fundamentals. Advantages, problems and acquired practical experiences with popular data distribution will be discussed during the talk. Also several methods of data storage including database clusters, fully distributed data storage and High Performance Databases will be provided. |
