Description The article describes two cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and subarachnoidal bleeding where measurement of PbrO2 was applied. In the first patient, over-treshold values of PbrO2 were obtained after two hours of targeted treatment. In the second patient, the value of PbrO2 was higher than 15 mm Hg for the whole period of measurement.
