| Description | The contribution is focused on legal analysis of the illegal disposal of dangerous substances at sites that are owned by the owner of the waste and/or by different persons. Legal regulation of this problem is contained in different laws. That is why the liability relations are rather complicated. The aim of the contribution is to show potentially responsible parties for illegal disposal of dangerous substances. |
