• Description: TransMap Viewer is a software tool specialized in the visualization of expression profile data using transcription maps. Transcription maps enable to reveal clusters of highly expressed genes in chromosomal domains. The application enables loading of data from one experiment as well as several experiments simultaneously. When loading multiple experiments, the software offers the feature of two-step visualization, which enables to display differences between expression values of genes in individual experiments.
