| Description | The subject of the paper is a stylistic and social-linguistic analysis of texts written in Women's Magazines issued in Russian in comparison with their Czech and English analogies. The aim of the work is the disclosure of communication strategies and linguistic instruments of manipulation and persuasion in this media and the confirmation of the hypothesis that linguistic processes of globalization (westernization) do not include only the area of vocabulary, but also the acceptance of whole text models, types and genres. |
