| Description | This article deals with interventions in labour law in period of national socialism in Germany and it inform about processes of total remove so-called collective labour law from the system of law. The main part concentrates on Act of national working regulations of 1934 which was fully in line with conception of nazi labour law and supported the position of members of so-called corporate community. |
