| Description | Mobbing, one kind of violence at the workplace, has recently become a current topic about which we read in papers and hear about in other media. The meaning of this notion represents a systematic chicanery and harassment of an employee who is usually being punished for claiming his or her rights guaranteed by labour law. This article deals with the legal regulation of mobbing, particular components and stages of mobbing, its consequences and the author also mentions the possibilities of prevention of mobbing. |
