| Description | One of the main tasks of the new Labour Code has been to liberalize the labour-law relations and extend the liberty of contract of particular subjects. From the beginning of validity of this law, there were frequent criticisms of its inadequacies. These, specifically those connected with insufficient coherence with other laws, technical mistakes and inaccuracies included in the Act No. 262/2006, should have been eliminated by the so called Technical Amendatory Act No. 362/2007. Objective of the paper is to analyze particular most important regulations included in the Technical Amendatory Act together with its reasoning and impacts on day-to-day use of labour law |
