| Description | In addition to Kirkpatrick`s model for evaluation of education and development outcomes exists many of other approaches. In comparison with Kirkpatrick`s they are often not included in casual literature. The paper is considers with this alternative approaches - Phillips`s, Kaufman and Keller`s, CIRO approach, Hamblin`s and SCM and CIPP models. They brief characteristics is concerned in differences, opportunities to complement and points of inspiration. |
