| Description | The book recapitulate the basic concepts of the social studies especially psychology which analyzes the phenomenon of leadership. It gives a brief description of the basic principles and contexts of the political psychology. It also tries to determine the possible similarities of the relationship between the conception of the power and leadership and at the same times it describes the concepts: power, charisma, authority, management or leadership along with their possible psychological consequences. It also deals with the different types and styles of the leadership, the context of leadership and interpersonal communication and interaction, the character of the relationship between the leaders and their followers and it analyzes the roles of emotions in these relationships also. |
