| Description | The contribution summarizes the judicature of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic which is concerned mainly with the judicial review of the decisions of public higher education institutions pursuant to the act no.111/1998 Col., on Higher Education Institutions. It deals also with the latest decision of the Supreme Administrative Court which declares as a subject to the judiciary review decision which does not infringe someone's integrity as a complex, but infringes it in separated parts. |
