| Description | The topic of this year’s conference was Labour Code after the Judgment of the Constitutional Court. This Conference Proceedings consists of main papers presented at the conference and articles observing on discussed issues. It is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the draft amendment of the Labour Code which has been prepared by group of experts for several months. This introduction is followed by opinions of several authors on particular items. The second part contains articles analysing up-to-date decisions of the Constitutional Court in the area of labour law and social security law. The last part includes articles that give the comparison of certain legal institutes with foreign legal regulations. |
