| Description | The aim of this article is to present the results of the evaluation of the relationship between chosen variables from the part of the competitiveness empirical searching questionnaire focused on the company s human resource factor and company s financial performance. Financial performance was expressed by the classifying searched companies to the groups due to the chosen financial index (profitability of assets and annual rate of assets growth). Relationships between variables and financial performance were examinate by the correlations and croos tabs. |
