| Description | In this study, the effect of carvedilol on LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells was investigated. It was demonstrated that carvedilol inhibits LPS-induced NO production and iNOS protein expression in macrophages and that these effects are mediated, at least in part, by the interaction of carvedilol with adrenergic receptors. |
