| Description | Information operations, which include computer network attacks, are subject to variety of national and international legal regimes. This paper analyses the use of computer network attack from the international law perspective, i.e. in international armed conflict. It examines, inter alia, issues such as applicability and interpretation of international humanitarian law in the given context or the use of force. |
