| Description | The proceedings contain over 40 papers from the international conference entitled "Laetae segetes iterum" which took place at the university centre of the Masaryk University in Telč in October 2007. This meeting was organized by the Department of Classical Studies as a continuation of a very successful international meeting of the doctoral students from Masaryk- a and Vienna-University held in 2005. This time, however, the conference was organised in cooperation also with a number of other institutes of several Central European universities such as the University in Brno, Bratislava, Budapest, Prag, Piliscsaba, Szeged, Vienna and Wrocław. There were following official languages at the conference: German, English, French, Italian and Latin. The proceedings are divided into four sections: Classical Literature, History of Antiquity, Byzantine Studies and Modern Greek Studies. |
