Description The paper summarizes judicial decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic which concerning the judicial review of the decisions of public higher education institutions pursuant to the Act no. 111/1998 Col., on Higher Education Institutions. It deals mostly with decisions on (non)admission and decisions on study fees assessment. It concerns also the latest decision of the Supreme Administrative Court which declares as a subject of the judiciary review a decision which may seems not to infringe someone's integrity as a complex, if it infringes in separated parts to someone's rights. The final part of the paper concerns annulment of results of entrance exams; mentions also one of the most quoted judgement of the Constitutional Court defining the higher education free of charge, from a different point of view.
