| Description | This article focuses on differences between czech and slovak legislation of acquiring information about the environment. The first part of the article shows the same constitutional provisions of rights concerning information in both countries. Afterwards it describes the legislation dealing with acquiring of other information than those about thhe environment (general information). The second part of the article presents the differences in legislation regulating the obtaining of information about environment. Described differences between acquiring general and environmental information are in the conclusion of the article followed by some proposals, which could lead to improve both, but mainly czech legislation. |
