| Description | The present part of the research report focuses on the analysis and interpretation of the questionnaire B6 of the 2nd phase of Research of Department of Corporate economy and The Centre of the Research of competitiveness of the Czech economy, which focuses on Employees. The structure of the text respects the order of questions in the questionnaire. First question focuses on the employee structure, next questions identifies the practices used by searched companies to employee management. These areas were implicated: variable part of wages, employee benefits, education and training. Univariation analysis was used to data processing. |
