• Description: The paper deals with chosen features of the last version 13 of system Maple in the main three profiles which company Maplesoft Inc. gives priority to their applications: education of mathematics, engineering and applied research, especially in the area of economical/financial modelling and operations research. In the end of this paper is presented example the practical mathematical modelling (population models) with a support system Maple.
