| Description | Local public service area has been recently characterised of increasing consumer demands. Public guarantors must face to voters pressure on quality and quantity of public services, there are more and more forced to react against changing demand with limited financial sources. In this case the question of alternative providing method of public services (either contracting or public private partnerships) gets to the forefront. The aim of this article is analysis of current situation in providing of chosen local public services and evaluation the using of chosen alternative public providing method (participation of private sector, or perhaps private financing public service providing). The decision-making process of public guarantors is also the subject of intended analysis and it will be formulated concrete suggestion in this field. The author issues from theoretical approaches and realized studies (Ochrana, Nemec, Pavel, Mericková, Šumpíková) and from authors research results. The relevant foreign experience is based for formulation of concrete recommendation. |
