| Description | The contribution concerns with the judicial review of decisions of public higher education institutions which are not expressly specified by the act no. 111/1998 Col. on Higher Education Institutions or any other act of the Czech Republic. It deals with the decisions applicable to students based on internal regulations of higher education institutions. It divides factual decisions of higher education institution by its title, while comments legality of setting up the decision making power by an internal regulation. Thereinafter the contribution compares how the decisions based on internal regulations comply with of the judicial review by administrative courts laid previously down by the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic. It also deals with the question of judicial review of decisions failing in legal title at all. |
