| Description | The present conference proceedings consists of main papers presented at the conference concerning particular topics according to the programme, contributions discussing these topics and written presentations from the discussion. The conference proceedings is divided into four parts. The first part deals with regulation of the working hours in the Labour Code and in the EU law. The second part includes foreign experience relating to working hours institutes as they were presented by the participants from faculties of law from the Slovak Republic and Poland. In its third part, this conference proceedings deals with susceptive issue of working hours and remuneration. The last topic included into the fourth part was named Working Hours from the Point of View of Social Partners. This part involves the knowledge and opinions of employers’ representatives and representatives of ČMKOS. |
