Description | The paper is a response on the main contribution of the third part of the conference dealing with the relation between the working time and remuneration of dependant work. In the contribution, the author provides arguments from the theoretical and practical point of view supporting the present conception of legal regulation of working hours and remuneration for work, especially of compensatory wage that is its integral part. The author proves that the legal regulation is progressive and when applied in appropriate way it creates sufficient space for wage differentiation as an efficient instrument of management. Simultaneously, the author proves that the legal regulation creates reliable space for observance of the principles of equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination in this sensible area. |
