| Description | One month old mice were exposed in cylindrical solenoid to ELF magnetic field (frequency 50 Hz, amplitude 2 mT) during 5 days at 200 C. The level of proteins and transcription factors c-jun and c-fos was determined using Western blot analysis. We observed differences in the magnetic field effects in different part sof brain and differences betwee males and females. |
