| Description | I devote my attention to the topic of transformation of elementary schools in this dissertation. The topic is set into the context of transformation of the Czech educational system. I specifically focus on questions: How does school culture affect the process of elementary school transformation? Is there an innovative potential in relation to school transformation in the elementary school culture? It appears that school culture fundamentally enters the process of school transformation. The school culture is a factor, which is possible to work purposefully with and it is simultaneously a phenomenon with significant hidden potential for school transformation. |
