| Description | The subject of the research project is enforcement of environmental protection by criminal law. The principal aim of the project is (on the basis of criminal courts decisions analysis) to find out the nowadays trends of criminal enforcement of environmental law in the Czech Republic. The project is divided into two stages 1. empirical (collection of data), 2. analytical and theoretical. |
