• Description: Expression of CD133 and nestin that belong to the markers of cancer stem cells was showed in 5 rhabdomyosarcoma cell lines by immunofluorescence and immunoblotting. In addition, an increase in CD133 expression was proved in NSTS-11 cell line using flow cytometry.
