Description Abstract |Objective: To detect the difference in the Nursing diagnosis, Nursing interventions and Nursing outcomes metods formulation in relation to the attained education of nurses. Background: In the Czech Republic (CR) has a great nursing documentation inconsistencies. The aim was to discover how nurses formulate nursing diagnoses, interventions, expected outcomes of nursing care. Methods: Questionnaire survey - 159 respondents, goodness of fit test, the Student distribution, the level of significance 0.05 Results: As statistically significant difference in the methods formulation nursing diagnosis between nurses with lower than university education and university educated nurses has been proved, but non significant difference in the methods formulation Nursing interventions and Nursing outcomes between nurses with lower than university education and university educated nurses has been proved. Conclusions: General nurses believe that formulating a nursing diagnosis (34.34%) interventions (35.64%) and expected outcomes of nursing care (31.61%) according to the customs department at work all the same. The way the formulation of this consensus, however, further analysis found no evidence of the facts.
