| Description | Coaching is a profession of various forms requiring from its practitioners not only extensive expert knowledge, but also personal dispositions, social skills and direct sports experience. For the development of sports coach the circumstances surrounding their choice of the profession are very important. The study defines selected conceptions of coach profession and reviews the results of a quantitative investigation focused on the problems of choice of coaching. |
