| Description | The contribution deals with delivery within a special administrative procedure pursuant to the Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (The Higher Education Act). It analyses law in force applicable for the delivery with the special accent on its legal defects, in view of the fact that general law applicable on administrative procedure, Code of Administrative Procedure, is excluded for this procedure. |
