| Description | The book is devoted to the international contract law. The centre and starting point is the area of private international law with its pluralism of the sources: european, national and international. In the first part of the book is described the area of the regulation, the sources and the so called "key" players. The author speaks about the unification procedure on the level of international and european. The special attention is given to non state law. In the second part of this book the author analyzes the conflict rules in Regulation Rome I. The third part of the book is devoted to CISG convention and the interaction between CISG and Rome I. In the forth part the author speaks about lex mercatoria and in the final part of the book about the treatment with the foreign law. |
