• Description: CAVER algorithm enables rapid and fully automated calculation of specific pathways called channels in protein molecules. It enables to compute channels in static molecules as well as in molecular dynamics. CAVER is distributed as standalone plugin for PyMOL and also as a part of CAVER Viewer visualization tool. It enables to display computed channels and to perform various subsequent analyses. CAVER Viewer is available as a standalone software or as a Java Web Start application.
