| Description | Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease, accompanied by comorbidities like psoriatic arthritis or Morbus Crohn. With appropiate therapy we can decrease the impact of these diseases on quality of life. We present a case of a patient treated for artropathic psoriasis, where after 9 moths of therapy with etanercept Morbus Crohn was diagnosed. After switching etanercept for infliximab symtomatology of all of this inflamatory disases regressed. |
