| Description | The ability to interpret legal texts is a complex skill, necessary for both: the basic understanding of the specialized legal discourse as well as its practical application. In the process of teaching legal interpretation and its specific methods, it may seem more natural to proceed from the interpretation of a plain text to the more specialized legal text. This paper discusses the role of law and literature as one of the possible didactic means to be used when teaching legal interpretation. |
