| Description | This article critically evaluates the draft of the new Civil Code and gives specific examples to show that during its drafting the elementary requirements for enactment of the new codex have not been satisfied, especially the following: the requirement for justification of the discontinuity of the new legal regulation by factual flaws in the valid law as well as the requirement for taking the modern trends in the European civil law into consideration. |
