| Description | Characterization of antibodies labeled with nanopartilcles with PAH-adducts. Based on affinity biosensors and ELISA method. Its a manufacturing process. The process consists of immobilization of polyaromatic hydrocarbons conjugates onto solid surfaces (blotting membrane, biosensor surface, ELISA plate surface) followed by binding of modified nanoparticles. Such process leads to the detection limits improvement of bionalytical methods of one order of magnitude and also to the substantial reduction in use of bioreagents. |
