| Description | It is a manufacturing process for specialized preparation of samples for AFM microscopy. The procedure is based on a specific modification of selected surfaces, followed by antibody-labeled DNA immobilization. Such immobilization procedure does not affect roughness of the surface and thus allows individual DNA molecule analysis including specific labeling of damaged parts of the chain. There is no similar method on the market. Its a manufacturing process. |
